I went with a small group here for dinner. Great set up for that. Very efficient. Order and then sit down. Food was brought out fresh and hot. For the most part it's hood value for your money. My only complaint was I ordered the burger with Brie. It seemed free if Brie. No taste. It looked like there were a couple of morsels. Also missing... caramelized onions. If I had not been with a group I would have brought it back to the counter but I did not want to make a fuss. And even without those imo essential ingredients, the burger was darn good! And the other 4 folks in our party enjoyed their food. Tacos, salmon, veggie burger. I hear it's the best veggie burger because they make their own. I am indeed a fan. Hope to get the tight burger toppings next time.

Needed a good breakfast spot and drove by this place. Overall good food and good atmosphere. Service was fairly quick. Only negative were the eggs were slightly bland...nothing that some Tabasco and pepper couldn't fix.

The food came out extremely quickly! We were so impressed by this. Galaxy Cafe has eclectic space-themed decor. You order at the counter then seat yourself. There was plenty of seating available on a Saturday at 11am for our group of six. Their parking lot is small, but we had no trouble finding open spots. I had the "homemade" oatmeal, which comes with milk (of your choice), raisins, and brown sugar on the side. I like how it was on the side as I did not add all the sugar to my oatmeal. It was, however, really expensive at $7.57 for a very normal-sized bowl of oatmeal with limited toppings. My friend got the breakfast sandwich and said he liked it. Another friend got the Mexican Breakfast, and he said, "I thought it was fine. Not bad not great." I appreciate how they have a small vegan menu with modifications as my vegan friend was able to order an assortment of a la carte items. I think this is not a bad place for brunch, but the oatmeal is outrageously priced. The food coming out fast is so commendable though, that I must give the restaurant 4 stars.

Surprisingly great for vegans! Highly recommend the roasted vegetable buddha bowl. FYI, it is massive, but so so good. I think this restaurant is perfect for casual family meals. Ambience is certainly nice enough for brunch, but not so nice that you feel underdressed in hiking boots (which my entire family was sporting).

Finished up a bike ride and breakfast at Galaxy hit.the.spot. The Galaxy Breakfast Bowl was dense in protein (eggs and beans) with a variety of vegetables and some breakfast potatoes. The textures and colors were a plus for me! Will absolutely order again. The egg dishes complemented well with the pancakes (shared with another). Appreciate that the coffee is diner style with unlimited refills, too! Looking for something refreshing? The pomegranate green ice tea (with a squeeze of lemon) is something I'd suggest. We were checked on quite a bit by a number of different service members, ensuring we had everything we needed.

It's been a decade since my last visit, but revisiting Galaxy Cafe was a pleasant surprise. The parking was easy, and the retro Jetsons-style interior added a nostalgic touch. The cashier was friendly, guiding us through the kid's menu selections--Mac and cheese and a quesadilla. The place filled up with families, so it's pretty popular on weekday evenings. The kid's Mac and cheese was a hit. The pesto alfredo with chicken was flavorful, loaded with chicken, and included garlic bread. Special mention to the Yellowbird habanero and serrano sauces, elevating the quesadilla. The kiddo happily devoured the assorted fruits, balancing the meal. In conclusion, a positive experience--especially recommending the pesto Alfredo. I'd revisit if in the area again.

Great experience at Galaxy Cafe this morning for breakfast! Has a nice neighborhood cafe vibe with the nicest staff I've encountered in ages - super friendly and attentive!! We came with a group of 14 (in town for a sports event) around 9:30am and we were able to quickly place orders and get served. They have inside seating but also many outdoor tables which was perfect this morning. I had the pancake breakfast and added chocolate chips and bananas - delicious. Also came with a side and fresh fruit. A solid meal - slightly expensive but can't complain. The rest of the group enjoyed their meals as well ranging from their breakfast bowl, the big breakfast, and wraps.
